Nedbank
Debt order going before the arranged date

I have 2 personal loans wit nedbank & I had loans with them previous and all was perfect. Recently took another loan. My agreement with nedbank was the debit my account on the 25th of every month. The past 3 months they keep debiting my account on the 21st or 23rd and my banks keeps charging me for unsuccessful collections.

Please sort of this or I will settle both accounts.
