On the 11th of june I received a call and the person said they are calling from fnb. Was told that there is an S4 promotion going on and ive been selected because i have been spending a lot in cellphone banking. The fnb representative or the person claimed to be a fnb reperesantative said ill get an S4 for R69 per month for 24 months and i am obly going to be paying for the airtime amounted at R69 but the phone is free. She then confirmed my details and didnt even ask for any of my deatails since she already had.and today i receive a package from Cell C with a phone and was suprised as i was still waiting for a call from fnb as they said they would call me again.i checked the package and found the model for the phone which was "samsung B4330 galaxy chat" thats clearly not an S4. i then sent back the package with the delivery guy did not sign for it.my concern is that was this fnb or just other company commiting in fnbs name because they knew all my details. This clearly means that our information is not safe at all. I so hope there won't be a debit of R69 on my account for some crapy phone that I ddnt sign for. the number that i was called from is 087 150 2390
