I complained about the bad service from a late delivery for my mother, I got a response from Cell C that my mother will get her phone within the week, the phone was delivered on the 29th of November but it was the wrong phone, it was the phone she didn't want in the first place, the one we send back and took so long to have the right one send was the Samsung Galaxy Chat, she asked for the Samsung Fame, but on the 29th she got the Samsung Galaxy Chat, the wrong phone again, does no one look at the notes taken or listen to the recording that we said we want the Samsung Fame, how hard can this be to just check what was said, my mother is so upset by this, its been a month now and still they don't resolve this problem, this time she didn't even open the package since on the delivery note it said Samsung Galaxy Chat. Her words, and here we go again, starting the process again, will this be another month. Again I say it must be the SAMSUNG FAME, my mother is seriously thinking of cancelling the whole deal and switching to another cell phone network.
