BAD SERVICES, BAD ATTITUDE OF CALL CENTRE AGENTS

On the 6th I sign a online telephonic deal with Cell C for the Samsung S4 R389 special. On the 10th I received the phone. I requested a black S4 and received a white one still is its package I send this back to Cell C. On the 17th or 18th I receive another phone this time it was a Nokia Lumia which I didn't sign op for. The phone was collected again, I Contact Cell C about this matter because it was very bad services. Ever since I haven't heard a thing from Cell C. every time I try to contact they I get told they will not phone me back I must just buy more airtime and contact them. This is very bad cause I still without my new phone that I wanted before Christmas. Can Cell C Please contact me URGENTLY???
