FNB - how can we rip YOU Off???

Ought a smartphone through FNB in June for my blind daughter who needs voice activation, and the Samsung S4 fit her bill. I read the contract before signing online, then had lots of problems getting a copy of contract etc. Now, 6 weeks after delivery, my account is being debited with a R. 90, 00 monthly service fee - I am a pensioner, maintain a minimum balance and therefore get free banking - they get the interest of my money. got terms for cancellation of contract or once off payment, and here they really rip you off. They have their claws deep in you - contracted price over 24 months: R 7200.00 add banking fee R. 2160.00 equals R. 9360.00, (excl. Ins 1440.00) once off amount R. 8500.00. The promised free SIM Card and R. 100.00 free airtime - still waiting for the "free delivery" 2 months after delivery of instrument, which was delivered in an unmarked package and I was supposed to sign there and then that I 1. received said Phone in the box, and 2. that the phone was in perfect working order - who can do that with a flat phone without SIM there and then, otherwise I would not have been able to take delivery of the device. I feel I have really been ripped off with this deal!!
