Cell Phone package

I applied for a cell phone package through the fnbmobi site, I received an sms telling me it has been approved and they will contact me, they contacted me on Mon 3 June, karryn told me all is approved and explained to me what document I will need to give to the delivery guy when he drops the package off, on Thur 6 June they tried to call, I called them back to follow up and that person told me it has been approved I am going to receive the phone but I must call Cell C, when I called they tell me to call fnb and this goes on for about 2hours calling back an forth, then they tell me it has been declined I ask how can it be since they have send me an sms it was approved and I was also told by two different people from the call centre it is a approved also, they give me number I must contact to find out why! When I call these number they are all unprofessional in helping an all tell me to fnb its their problem to deal with this! No one can help me or tell me why they approved it then declined and waisting my time I starting to hate fnb and Cell C, they can not help me and cosntantly tell some one will call, but no one does I have run after theese people, and all they wana do na
