Change of Contract package

I've upgraded my contract on October 2012 and i was on Chat 500, where i was paying R500.00 and receive R600 airtime and 100sms. A consultant from Cellc called me in October to remind me about the upgrade and i've stated i don't want to change my package and he confirmed that the phone i'm gettig i'll still be getting all those offers. In January i was told my package is changed and i'll be getting 200 free minutes, 200sms and data bundle and i'll be paying R490.00. I don't know what happened as i've never called Cellc or receive a call from cell c that my package will change. i've logged a call on 15.02.2013 till today i haven't recieve a respond on what happened and who decided to change my package without my concern.
