Please help

I am currently in London, I lost my credit card
I need a replacement card urgently, I tried the normal call in avenue and no one is prepared to assist
i thought this will be an efficient transaction
it has been going on for a whole week, still no help
ABSA can be such a nightmare, I am due to go to spain on Thursday
hopfully, someone will assist before then
