Over the Moon: My hats off and for the excellent service that I had received on Saturday (FNB Centurion staff)
I would like to compliment Nkateko Hlungwane for the excellent service that I have received on Saturday. Nkateko was very helpful to me. She took time to explain everything and helped me efficiently with my query. Furthermore her friendliness and level of professionalism were of the highest quality. People like her are needed in the service industry :). Nkateko is a real asset to FNB. She deserves another sales award.
