My son Taygen registered with Damelin and wrote Science and Maths Matric 2013 through them. The matric results came out on the 7th Jan. Taygen's could not be found. We phoned Damelin, they said we must collect his results at the venue where he wrote. We drove there. They did not have his results and advised us to go to te Department of Education. They said that they could not release the Damelin's matric results as Damelin had neglected to hand in the CASS marks throughout the year. To date we have contacted Damelin on numerous occasion's only to be told that that they are aware of the problem and that they are working on it. In the mean time these matric students can potentially loose their places at varsities and potencial carreer opportunities. Their lives are in limbo. Taygen's Damelin student number:411865. We have spoken to Nkateko Ngobeni and Palesa many times, only to be told that they will contact us when the matter is sorted out. Molifi Leshade- the manager of Damelin refuses to speak to us as he told Nkateko that he had relayed the message and that there was nothing else he could do or tell us.
