My car was booked in on the 2nd of Sept to be repaired within 5-7days. Until today, SMG have no indication when I will have my car back. I haven't been getting any updates, unless I make an initiative to call them.
I understand there is an industrial strike in the motor industry, but it only started on the 9th of Sept. I do not understand why it has taken this long for SMG to have my car repaired. It was only a rear bumper replacement and spray painting of a scratch!
