I contacted RCA Web last week to sign up for IBurst Broadband Connection. I received my modem within 2 days!! I have had to call them for a little help and cannot believe that I was not kept holding on for hours, as happens with most other Call Centres!! Their service is outstanding. I am also over the moon with the great connection!!!
