It has been now 3 weeks since FNB and a third party committed by doing an unauthorized debit order - from recent newspaper reports this is nothing new for FNB e.g. in March IOL - 37, 000 debit orders were "transactions were in breach of the National Payment System Act" with 7, 000 bank accounts affected.
I must be truthful a person from FNB phone, and then proceeded to berate us, rudely, that we reported it to the wrong dept.
I don't want a canned response again, before you even start typing the apology/response - reverse the unauthorized transaction, then start typing.
