I made a claim and was declined. I sent a dispute on the claim as the agent in charge did not did not verify all details before he made a decision on the claim. I sent a dispute and received no feedback, I did so twice again and still nothing. I was told that the compliance e-mail I used is no longer being used that's why I didn't receive any feed back which is nonsense as it is the contact details on the insurance docs I was sent.
I would like a call back to assist with my claim dispute
