This is the second time i am sending a message to hello peter the first time i just recieved a response from fnb saying we will contact you it been about 3 weeks now since i report that the smart device i purchased from FNB was faulty with in 7 days of reciept, I am paying for the device but it is faulty and FNB is not willing to assist me instead they claim that I report the phone late but since the first day I call I have not recieved any help with my phone and I am tired of calling them and being told that they would get back to me, if I cannot recieve any help I will just have to cancel the contract with them and change my bank
