I went to the bank to stop my card cause i don't want it anymore, they gave me the wrong card. And every time i ask for help they have some excuse and they don't want to help me i wasted all my airtime calling nedbank's call center and i could't get something right wasted all my airtime for nothing is it so difficult to help a customer just to stop a card, what an group of incompetent i employees.
