Incompetent Staff

I have a credit card that is outstanding with African Bank; I would like to settle This is very old debt - as I was under debt review. Firstly a few months ago I called asked for settlement on all items that was outstanding; they only gave me settlements for the loans. Which was paid in full the same month that I called. Just to find out a few months later that there is still a Credit Card outstanding. I called Credit Card division - for a settlement so that I can pay and have it removed from ITC that was on the 15/06/2013 - They say I should call Legal 011 256 9562 only they can give me a settlement and have it removed. I called today I spoke to Innoncent - she says she cannot help me - gives me another number to call 011 2091310 - Call the number - Number does not exists. Call Legal again - Speak to Donovan Pillay - he says no I cant pay it - gives me a different number to call 0112091810 - cant get through on this number- Is this how helpful they are - when a person actually just wants to pay- Then me as the customer - needs to do the run around - No agent will offer to get more details and get back to the customer. Pathetic service once again from African Bank
