Im completely disappointed in Nedbank. Im suppose to trust them with my money, but they cant even tell me whats going on with my acc.1st off... they sent me a new card on my maiden name, after sending me a card with my married surname. It was found that the card on my maiden name was never cancelled. Then on 20/05/13 there is a service fee with ref INT CURRENCY with a card number next to it that I dont even know. I only have 1 card with Nedbank. I phone in, keep in mind Im a student & using my cellphone. I explain everything, go through security questions, wait while they try figure out what its for, only to hear, they cant see what its for & puts me through to the card division. Card division cant even see the transaction & wants to put me through to the department I spoke to first, WHO ALSO COULDNT SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, How on earth do you explain this!! 11min 57 seconds later on my CELL PHONE & still no answer. Who is going to reimburse me for my time & money wasted for nothing AND ITS NOT EVEN MY ERROR!!! No wonder every body I know doesnt even want to consider banking with Nedbank. I suppose this is my que!!!
