I just wasted R20 of my airtime trying to cancel my American Express Card... the call got cut before the consultant could inform me whether the card has been cancelled. I tried getting her attention on the phone but she put me on hold and didnt even bother saying hold on or communicating with me, so i could have got a chnace to her that i was running out of airtime. AND SHE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER CALLING BACK!
Nedbanks options to get through a consultant is ridiculous! I am not wasting more airtime on this bank. I want my American express card cancelled!
Ive tried 3 times since last week to cash in my greenbacks and it hasnt worked, ive even asked consultants to do it and it still hasnt worked. but nedbank must ensure that i get those rewards and my subscription is cancelled. I tried emailing two consultants in this regard, 1 who i have been informed has resigned, and the other who is on leave. Im not trying on my side again... and i am certainly not going top pay for another years subscription when ive tried informing this bank that i do not want the card!
