Tuesday 26 Nov 2013, I was and my Cheque card at the ATM, Village Walk Newcastle. I phoned the Card Center to stop my card. The Automated Voice System kept me on hold, I cancelled the call. I tried again, and again I cancelled the call, by this time R970 was withdrawn from my account. On my way home with a taxi, I tried again and eventually my airtime ran out. Two consecutive amounts of R150 each was withdrawn. I couild only stop my card the following morning. A card is an emergency, they should employ more people at the call centers to handle the volume of calls during the festive season. Vernon Schoultz
