Bad attitute and useless service

Since the 12/01/2013 i have been calling FNB to ask about my overdraft application and my credit card application, i have sent in my documents more then 5 times and each time i call i get passed on to the next consultant who also wastes my time!! i have been with FNB since i started ti have a bank account yet even my new cheque card has not arrived in cape town yet i changed it last year!! i have wasted R200 of my own airtime calling these and all the time i get put on hold for 15min and then when the next person talks they to pass me over! i have gotten no feedback and this is! i want this sorted out or im taking my family and i to Capitec bank, they offer good service and they actually help u not this rubbish from FNB but yet i have been a loyal customer! i have wasted my airtime on you people and yet u have not even helped me with one thing! i hate you FNB, u have no respect for clients and worse of all you are full of empty promises! il find myself a better bank because you are just a waste of time and airtime nxxxx
