I received that pleasant call asking how I am and so forth and then they made the pitch on receiving a great new free for a year Amex Gold cheque... thats where the fun stopped. I instructed the obviously ill of hearing telly sales bloke to have my card delivered at Menlyn shopping center as thats where I have had my account since my dad opened it for me when I was a child 20 years ago. i received the text that my card is ready for collection. i go to menlyn shopping center and guess what? its still in manufacturing and its posted to be delivered at menlyn maine...! i harshly instruct the lady to change it to menlyn shopping center ans stop f_ing me around. today i get the text again 'your card is ready' so I go to menlyn shopping center and F-me its not there. its at menlyn maine. So i go there. I wasn't acknowledged for over 35min. save yourself my inconvenience. send that text as I am doing, switch to FNB!!! no one I know is complaining bout FNB but all the ppl I know complain bout this Nedbank whom I have clearly wasted 20yrs of my life on.
