Horrible service and empty promises

3 weeks ago I applied for a credit card. after spending R320 in airtime to get a response I finally got a response on Monday that I did not qualify for the credit card I applied for, however I do qualify for a different one. I then did ask them to put it through, I was told the application had been successful and that I should receive a message within 3 to 5 working days to go and collect my card. So after hearing nothing again I phoned today (another R30) wasted only to be told that it would be 5-10 working days!!! after my phone ran out of airtime and I had asked them to phone me back and they took my number and its now 2 hours later with no feedback, this is unacceptable! I am leaving on Sunday 2013-12-08, and I want access to the funds on the credit card before that day, as I have been saying this to them for 3 weeks now! ( that I am leaving on that day and only returning middle January) yet they only waste my time and my money and make my blood boil. I have logged more than 3 complaints on their website and only got feedback on one! I have been with Nedbank for more than 7 years and yet I get treated like I mean nothing. I want access to my credit card before COB 2013-12-06.
