Cannot give me my settlement

I phoned the legal department at FNB wanting a settlement amount on my Credit card that had gone into arrears. I have not been receiveing statements for this account so I was unsure as to whether my payments I had been making were even reflecting. I was informed that their system said I was under debt review. I had cancelled my debt review in October 2012. They said they could not give me my settlement as I would have to speak to the debt review department. I phoned debt review and they said that it had been changed on the system that I had been taken off debt review and they would make a note so that the legal department could see this and give me my balance amount. When I phoned the legal department back they gave me the same story and wanted to put me back through to the debt review department. I find the fact that I can't even get an amount owing on my account ridiculous whether I was under debt review or not. It is my account and I want to know how much I owe without being sent from pillar to post and still not getting an answer. I also sent an email to get a settlement, 7 days later and I have had no response.
