Where is the service I pay fo

Today is the 13th of June, and I received an SMS stating a debit went off my account. I log in and see my Ipad was debited. Confused, I go and see if my debit did not go off end of May. It did go off. I phone the call centre and they state that my April debit bounced. Shocked to see this, as the last year and a half, I have not had this happen. First of all, I have been trying to get my credit record clear so i can be seen as a good payer on my accounts, now, my statement states Arrears payment. Strike one. Next, they take almost 1 month and a half to realise that I have a debit order that bounced. Why not deduct it end of May? Strike 2. Next, they tell me over the phone, My salary was not in my account when they debited in April. I asked, when is the debit order loaded, they say 25th of every month. My salary reflects on the 25th of April? then they say its because they debited at 05h30 in the morning! COME ON!!! I pay for a service every month on my cheque account, why did they not phone me in April and say, "we did not receive the debit order, can we try again? " Now I am brought to light, there is a R50 debit reversal fee as well? FNB IS A PATHETIC BANK STEVE!!!
