Double debited for smart device

I got one of those I pad specials with fnb! so the first month I had it they debited my account on the 25th of the month and there was no money in my account, because I get paid the last Friday of every month, so that could be on the 22nd or the 30th! so I phoned them to change the debit date so that I don't have this debit order bouncing all the time! now it's a year later and the past three months they've debited on the 25th again and it's bounced but than when I get paid it comes off my account, now last month they did the same thing and it bounced obviously, and than came off when money was in my account, than three days later I get a message, R1017 rand has come off my account, no pre warning or call from fnb to tell me they going to be debitting my account! (description pay arrears payments)! so I phoned them and they said its the three months it bounced premiums and they can't do anything about it! so they've double debited me! THANKS FOR THE SO CALLED GREAT SERVICE FNB!
