I received my smart device in April 2013. I advised that my debit order should be on the 27th since I got my salary on the 26th of each month and should the account be debited on the 25th there would be no funds available for payment. The sales agent advised me that this would be fine as the monies would be deducted once my salary gets paid as the amount of R 459.00 would stay in overdraft until the funds were transferred into my account. I am now told that my account is in arrears as the payment for April did not go through, even though there were funds in my account on the 26th, so FNB regards the month of April as a non-payment and that my account is now in arrears. There were no problems for May as funds were available in my account as I got paid on the 24th as the 26th fell on a weekend. However, the debit order for June went through on the 25th, of which there were no funds as well since I got paid on the 26th

I would appreciate if FNB communicates any changes to their policies because I sat here thinking my account is in good standing
