UNLAWFUL DEBIT BY FNB

On Weds 12 June 2013 I received an sms on my phone notifying me that R275 was debited from my account and when I checked on my Internet banking and also confirmed with FNB I was informed it was a debit order payment that I missed in April. I requested FNB to only debit on every 25th of the month. To my shock, when I tried to find out why is it only debited now, FNB just gave me the run around, sending me from one person to the other. Rude call centre agents (Harold Peterson & Patricia from Smartphone dpt), they talk over you and you can't even speak to their superiors because they are forever in meetings and the worst part is that they just put the phone down in your ear. The debit order for May went off and it was successful with no issues and I had funds available on that account until now, and why did this one now suddenly go off on the 12th of June? 2 months later not even on the date we agreed upon. really FNB? really now?? I just don't know what to do anymore because it looks like FNB can just debit money from my acc whenever they please.
