Applied for a loan like almost 2 weeks ago and It was approved but now everytime theres another problem. Manager not in, problem at your head office, short staffed etc. I mean stop passing the buck and blaming your co-workers or system or even Manager. I spent almost R300 on travelling, petrol as well as phone call costs and I'm the one who keeps calling the branch who never get back to me like ever and Im really sick now and this treatment is unacceptable.By the time I get the money I wont even need it.24 hrs is turning into 2 weeks, clearly im not important hey and this service and treatement makes me sick to my stomach. What is going on?
