Unable to provide accurate feedback

My bank account was blocked yesterday so i went to my bank (ABSA) today to find out why. They told me they need proof of residence to unblock my account. I went back a second time only for them to tell me that my medical aid statement is not proof enough. I went back a third time and they told me that the Milady's clothing promotional letter is also not seen as proof of residence. They couldn't give me money from my own account even though I and my ID and two letters displaying my residential address. I'm without money and will only be able to go back to the bank tomorrow. They need to be clear when asking for information, I had to take almost 2 hours off from work to try and sort this out and still to come back from the bank with no money. When i asked them what type/sort of proof of address I require they said a statement displaying my address, and when i provided them with that statement they told me these places has to be registered with some types of institutions, how the should i know which institutions these places are registered with? I'm am very frustrated and angry, and without my own money.
