Bad Attitude

I applied for a loan with African Bank and it was approve from there I was told to go into a bank and do the paper word what I did. The lady told me everything is done and it will be paid into my account the next day. The next day I got the call I need to come back into the branch as there was a problem. She was very rude. I did go into town I stay 30km outside town. She re-done everything as she did do put the correct information in the system. From there I was told it will be in at 4 but nothing happend. I have called her and her responding is simply your not a cutstomer. I have call head office and was posted from one person to the next. No one at African bank are willing to assisted they all stop caring about the customer. The lady at the Bela Bela Branch said her manager is off so no one can help, so if one person is off sick or so one they this stop assisting customers?
