Bad service

I had a very bad time applying to African Bank. I applied for a loan and credit card and was immediately approved over the phone. I went to East Rand Mall branch to give my documents and the consultant did a re-evaluation, surprise I was approved again after almost two weeks my account stayed at Sub-creation. The branch phoned me and said that the money will show within a vew hours. I was happy and went on with my day and then again the same consultant phoned me and said my application was rejected and he does not know why, he said I must phone the head office I phoned the head office and they said the branch rejected my application not them I phoned the branch again and the consultant did not want me to speak to the manager and said that he did not know what to do!! I still dont know why and what is going on!!! It is just bad service and the branch really does not go all the way with helping you!
