I went to African bank about 3 weeks ago to apply for a loan, I signed the papers everything, 5 days later I was still waiting! I went back to the branch then the consultant tells me no there is a problem he is not sure what.
I ended up calling the head office and all they needed was a marriage cerificate!! So again I went back to the branch to give them my marriage certificate, yet a week later I am once again waiting with no response. Yesterday morning I called Jemaine once again for feedback he promised to call me back he is just going to call ythe head office, and again Jemaine never called me back.
Now I am still waiting. And I still do not know what is happening with my loan.
This is so unprofsional! And when you go and apply they tell you, it will take 24 to 48 hours, seems more like 24 to 48 days if you ask me, now can someone from african bank please contact me regarding my loan status???
