1. Go to the bank, wait for 45 minutes.
2. Told to phone and handle my temporary loan pay back that way.
3. Two staff members when 4 desks are open.
4. Branch manager not present.
5. Branch manager manages 2 branches? How can you be hands on?
6. Rude security guard.
7. No queueing system in place.
8. Nobody to assist you or ask how they can.
9. Short staffed since April 2012.
10. Try to call Durban North branch, the phone just rings.
I have complained about this branch before. Sick and tired of the slack attitude. No manager present, what's new? People pushing into the line. Rude staff. Maybe time to change banks???
