So Standard Bank claims on "Moving Forward", yet customers like myself have to experience their backdated ways of what they think is good customer service. In my case particular, my Cheque card was swallowed by the ATM and they believe that customer service entails waiting seven days for a new card to be ready and then inconveniencing me by visiting one of their branches to pick up the card. In essence, I suffer from Standard Bank's lack of maintaining there often out of order ATMs.
It bears reasoning as to why Standard Bank customers move on to the other more innovative banks that grow with the times and that can also have cards delivered to your home.
It is no wonder where Steve comes from!
