U count delivery of card

Wow, I am not sure if there is a strike at the ordering of u count cards or delivering department. I think I was one of the people who registered for ucount around June and I am still waiting for my card to be posted to me. After waiting for this rewards programme for so long when you do get it then there is still problems, how difficult is it to mail a card, or deliver it? because it seems only the u count department are unable to find my postal address, funny thing is all my standard bank correspondence go to the same address and I never had challenges with that. I have denied this for a long time now, but I think it would be much better for me to move to "Steve" even if the service is bad that side at least they are innovative and their systems do work rather that staying here (Standard Bank) with bad service and lack of innovation... and you say you are moving forward... maybe you are but you are very slow at that! What's the use of me earning points and not being able to use them? Just let me know if I'm ever going to get my u count card, so I can make an informed decision...
