CAPITEC, A NIGHTMARE FOR A SAVER TO DEAL WITH

I dont owe Capitec a cent. In fact, I had a few 100K saved with them until yesterday. Transfered monies on 14/15/16-1 to my FNB cheque acc.By 18th nothing arrived. Went to Capitec branch, was told nothing they can do, I must go to FNB.Went to FNB, they have NOT received money. Back to branch, told me I could reverse transaction, pay R70, wait another 7day. Phoned call centre, same story. Asked call centre if there is a problem with Capitec that maybe I should close accounts. Lady says DO WHAT U WANT.back to branch, ask for ref for complaints, cannot give one! Decided to withdraw most of my money and place it with a bank with whom I feel more comfortable with. SO, Capitec still has nearly R15000 of my money and they dont know where it is/I cannot get it back! /i dont get interest. helps those that needs money immediatly to pay staff etc and then the money never gets to the other bank! These people at Capitec dont seem trained to do certain queries. Now waiting for Monday for a website complaint lodged. Time carries on. I WANT MY MONEY. I am very dissapointed with Capitec. They seemed to be geared ONLY for lending money and NOT savers.
