PAYING FEES FOR A FAULT MADE BY THE DEALER

I TRADED IN A CAR AT A DEALERSHIP. HAD TWO EXACT SAME CARS, BOUGHT THREE DAYS APART. THE DEALER, CARGIANT IN PRETORIA-NORTH, WENT AND SETTLED THE WRONG ACCOUNT. NOW TO GET EVERYTHING BACK THE WAY IT WAS, I NOW BASICALLY BUY MY OWN CAR BACK AS A SECOND-HAND CAR FROM THE DEALER, IT IS RE-FINANCED, SO THAT IS INTEREST ON INTEREST, AND THE TWO PAYMENTS I MADE ON THE ACCOUNT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED, IS NOW PAID OUT TO THE DEALER. SO ONLY THE CAPITAL ON THOSE TWO PAYMENTS WILL EVENTUALLY BE PAID OUT TO ME, AND NOT THE FULL PREMIUMS. AT PRESENT, I CANT RE-LICENSE MY CAR, AS THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENTS' RECORD SHOW THAT THE CAR DOESNT BELONG TO ME ANY LONGER AS IT WAS ALREADY SOLD, WITH THE WRONG REGISTRATION DOCUMENT. THE CAR IN MY GARAGE NOW BELONGS TO SOMEONE SOMEWHERE IN PRETORIA. WESBANK CANT EVEN TELL ME HOW MUCH IS THE AMOUNT THAT THEY WILL PAY OUT TO THE DEALER, WHICH OCCURS FROM THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SETTLEMENTS OF THE TWO ACCOUNTS.
