I just want to let everyboday out there know that you must stay far away from Capitec Bank, this is not the first time something like this happened. All clients of Capitec Bank get robed every single day. So if you dont want you money to be out of you account then you must not bank with Capetic. Let me tell you what happend with me. I was in hospital from the 11th of December till the 19th of December i have proof of the time i was in Hospital. I went to Capitec on the 19th to ask them what is going on because someone did money out of my account, i even gave all my hospital letters to the branch and the scan and send it through to head office. The bank contacted me yesterday wich was the 14 th of Jan to tell me my claim has been declined. Now i want to know how the could i have drawn that money when i was in hospital. I demand my money back from Capitec. And i want to warn all people out there not to use Capitec bank for banking, because me and my whole famila are going to cancel our accounts.
