My money was withdrawn while my card was with me in another town and i reported it at capitec then i was told to go open a case and i did, then capitec told me to go home and wait for their call they never called it has been weeks and i went there to ask what was happening they gave me a refference number and a number to call in which i have to have money to call and i dont even have a cent capitec cannot give me accurate answers as to what is happening and i suspect an inside job. It seems as a lot of people are having problems of this sort with capitec.
