Capitec bank - rediculous when paying money back

On the morning of the 20/11/2013, I went to draw money at the nedbank ATM, no money came out of the ATM but i received an sms from Capitec stating that money was withdrawn. I immediately contacted the call centre and the Indian gentelman that answered gave me a reference number and told me that it will take 24 hours before my money will be returned to me. This is the same story that i was told yesterday at Capitec bank in Isando yesterday, well surprise surprise I have still not been refunded and was now told that it could take up to 45 days before I get my own money back, I have also not received any phonecalls from any employee at Capitec bank to let me know what is happening, what service is this???
And another thing all the other banks reverse the money withing 24 hours not 45 days, am i going to get interest on this money, which is my own.
Well Capitec bank you have now lost another customer, as this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
