Feedback from Capitec bank two different stories. Went to the branch the consultant says it is a new law that we can not do any reversals on our own money which belongs to us. Than i wrote it on Hello peter a lady from Cape town phoned and she says it was a business decision by capitec based on our handeling of our finances just wonder how legal that is. This is really pathetic. I must say Capitec now make decision based on our well done Capitec but belief soon you lose alot of customers. Just wondering does the National comsumer Law know of these Business decision that capitec made on other peoples money. Is this really Ethical
