My money from my account no feedback

On the 5th of July 2013, I was at a Game Store in Rustennburg shopping, when I was about to pay I got an sms that R900 was withdrawn from my Capitec account, I believed my card was on me all along as I was going too use it to pay. When I checked my wallet the Capitec Card was not there.
I then went to a CApitec Branch in Rustenburg to report this and block the card. That was done. And they promised someone will call me back in a day or two to make a follow up and that the investigation would be done in 14days.
No one from CApitec has called me since then. My issue is that how can someone be able to withdraw, I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHO KNEW THE PIN NUMBER TO THE CAPITEC ACCOUNT. Only one, not even my mother or boyfriend knew the PIN number. and to make things worse. I had my standard bank card and capitec card in my wallet and only capitec was taken. I need my money back in my account. How was money from my account? How? and to think that I was going to take my baby's savings and transfer them to Capitec what would have happened? Please someone give me an answer and my money. Reference given at the branch was 8812132.
