My policy with 24Hr Mobility has lapsed due to none payment. I have been unemployed for a while due to my health. I started a new job, and enquired if Finrite would be able to cover me under any of their other insurance, but to date no reply from them. I sent an email to Simone Visser, who responded promptly, advising me that I should take it up with her team leader Danika Jacobs, who was CC'd in the email. I then sent Danika 2 or 3 other emails thereafter requesting feedback, and still NO response!
I have also had a recent replacement, when asked if 24Hr Mobility could update my personal details, it was never done
I am an ex employee of Finrite and I've never had such a problem, now that I'm a customer it seems to be a problem.
I now lay my complaint on Hello Peter, because this is the only way one receives feedback from Finrite!
