Not impressed at all

I have submitted my claim on the 7th of January 2014. I waited for feedback and no one bothered to give me one. I phoned 24hour mobility on Friday and spoke to Jaired who promised to send the message to Finrite and still no one phoned me. I would like my claim to be finalised please and at least someone keep me updated. I phoned again on Monday and spoke to Megan (24hour mobility) she told me the claim was declined as Finrite claimed i wasnt using the cellphone number insured. Y DIDNT ANYONE BOTHER TO TELL ME THIS!
Megan drew another report which confirmed that i am actually using the number insured and sent Morne an email to help. He responded to the email and confirmed he will assist. I havent heard anything from him since. i sent him an email this morning requiring feedback and he never responded. i phoned, spoke to the receptionist, she asked for my name, i waited for a while on the line listening to the music. she came back to say Morne is busy on the line. Really?
How long does it take it take to get help. I pay R64 a month because I trust i will get the service i deserve. Someone please get back to me and tell me what is going on.
