I am very very disapointed from the feedback i got today from Finrite, with regards to my cell phone claim
I lost my cellphone on the 30 January 2013 (blackberry 9790), and i block it on the very same date with the network provider, i put in a claim on the 19 April 2013 and today when i go to the store to get feedback they told me that my claim was declined.
When i called Finrite customer services, they told me the very same thing that its declined, when i ask why?
they said i was supposed to claim it within 30 days of a loss, and when i explained to the administrator that when i open my cell phone insurance from the store, No one explained the terms and conditions, and what is the procedure when you are putting in a claim, even a written document was never sent to me.
I need Finrite to approve the claim or refund me my money, ive been paying a lot for this insurance and i have never claimed before
But now they have a nerve to tell me that Claim is declined.
Very upset and fustrated.
