I bought my cellphone through Edgars and insured it through Finrite/Hollard. Ever since I sent in a query that my cell was from my car via the "jam-locking" mechanism, Finrite/Hollard has been sending me from pillar to post. The central locking to my car was jammed and the culprits were able to open my car and my belongings. This included my blackberry 9360. I have sent in all the necessary details Edgars/Finrite/Hollard have requested from me since 26th October 2013. Everytime I call, I am told that the matter has been escalated.

What is the turn around time for Finrite/Hollard to resolve a matter of a cellphone?

Cherry on top: according to Themba from Finrite, he says that Hollard stipulates that the terms and conditions of Hollard do not include "jam-locking"... Finrite/Hollard have never mailed the terms and conditions of my insurance policy to me, ever since I insured my handset in 2012. Everytime I went into Edgars, I was told that so long as a deduction to my Edgars account was made, I should rest assured that my handset was covered by insurance. Therefore, it is unfair now that Hollard is using their terms and conditions against me.
