I emailed Ms. Sharkirah Salie (Finrite-Callsure) to log a claim on Monday 11/11/13 and on Wednesday 13/11/13 I received my phone. Sharkirah is an exceptional Team Leader who sorted out my claim in an outstanding manner, I'm still shocked that I got this kind of service in customer service industry in SA. She kept calling and emailing me to update me of the developments and a day later I am smiling. I am really impressed and will continue to insure with Finrite because their staff know how important their clients are to them. Keep up the good work Sharkirah, customer service industry need people like you and Finrite should know that they have an asset in you.
