Lapsed/Re-instaing Policy

Email sent to Pinnacle Marketing this morning after I called Finrite Administrators and spoke to Quinton.

Good day Ruark, on the 4 June 2013, I received an SMS stating: "Your 24Hour mobility cellphone insurance premium was unpaid due to Not Provided For. Should premium not be received after re-debit, your policy will lapse. For Queries please contact 0861113372."

Clearly that means that the policy has not lapsed yet and that I will be able to pay the outstanding balance and continue with the insurance?!

If not, then I would take it as false 'hope', and I'm sure that I would be able to take it further than Pinnacle Marketing?

It does not make sense that you would send me an SMS stating that the policy will lapse once re-debit is unsuccessful, and yet Finrite advised that I can contact Pinnacle to get the policy re-instated and Pinnacle tells me to seek alternative insurance.

I'm confused and will definitely log in on Hello Peter to taint Pinnacle and Finrite's already tainted image further.
