1 MONTH N PHONE NOT FIXED BY FINRITE USELESS

TODAY IS 1 MONTH MY PHONE WAS SENT TO FINRITE AS ITS NOT PICKING UP SINGNAL, I KEEP CALLING FINRITE AND GOING ALL THE WAY TO JETS AND NO PROPER FEEDBACK GIVEN
MY CELL WAS SENT BACK 3 TIMES BY FINRITE AND NOT WORKING, AND EVERYTIME MY CELL IS SENT BACK I MUST WAIT 7 DAYS . FINRITE TECHS ARE USELESS N UNABLE TOI FIX THE ISSUE WHY DONT THEY JUST ADVISE MY INSURANCE COMPANY THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I EVA HAD A ISSUE WITH MY CELL WHICH I HAD FOR 3 YEARS... FINRITE IS A USELESS COMPANY AND THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS CAN NOT PROIVDE FEEDBACK THEY KEEP ADVISING CELL SENT TO A TECH... I WANT PROPER FEEDBACK TOMMORW OR I WILL BE WRIITNG A ARTICLE IN THE NEWSPAPER FED UP OF MY CELLPHONE BILL GOING HIGH AND PETROL EACH TIME I GO TO PAVILLION SAME DIGNOSTICS ARE DONE AND MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING, I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED AND WILL NEVER ADVISE ANY PERSON TO TAKE A INSURANCE WITH JETS THEY ARE WASTE OF TIME, ITS ONE MONTH I AM PUZZLING WITHOUT A CELL PHONE THE MANAGER IN PAVILIION WAS NO HELP EITHER SHE JUST SAID PHONE MUST GO TO FINRIGHT AGAIN WAT THE THIS IS THE 4 TH TIME CAN SOMEONE PLEAS ECONTACT ME WITH PROPER INFIRMATION IMMEIDATLY
